This was a first shooting for my blog after I got my hair dyed. I didn’t know what to expect and to be honest didn’t even know if it was a good idea. The first few weeks after, I found it very difficult trying to pick and match clothing items together. Nothing seemed to be working or looking good with the new hair. It is partially the reason why I haven’t been posting for such a long time. I will be getting back to blogging as I am getting more used to this new image.
I wanted to talk a little bit about my love for sewing. A few summers ago I was able to partake in a few sewing projects. The top presented on the following pictures is one of the works I completed in August, 2014. I wish I had a little bit more time this year to have projects like these, but school takes up most of my time.
I am hoping to work on new patterns this Christmas break. I am looking into blouses and summer dresses. I know, its a little bit out of season, but I need to work on improving my skills to be in better shape when summer comes.
I hope you guys like it!
I wanted to introduce you to the works of my childhood best friend Anya. She makes wonderful flower crowns. You should totally check our what she has been recently working on. She has opened a workshop not that long ago. I am so proud of her and her husband. They are creating some gorgeous stuff!
a picture is worth a thousand calculations
